Namibia HOlidays

Welcome to the Orange desert

A Namibia safari may not be top of your list but it should be. Those choosing a Namibia holiday invariably return invigorated by the vastness of the landscape, its stark beauty and an unforgettable Namibia safari experience.  Its dramatic scenery, rugged coastlines and ever-changing colours remain etched in the memory.

A Namibia safari with Abercrombie & Kent is a truly personal experience, taking in everything that makes Namibia holidays special.

If you are looking for unspoilt natural beauty and a luxury safari, Namibia ticks all of the right boxes. A Namibia safari with A&K is made unforgettable by our exclusive access to people, places and wildlife.

Etosha National Park is one of the great wildlife-viewing areas, with perennial springs attracting giraffes, elephants, birds and the big cats. Sossusvlei is a photographer's paradise where some of the highest sand dunes rise majestically. Damaraland is home of the mystical desert elephant, ancient rock art sites and the wonderful Himba people.

The Skeleton Coast, covering an area of two million hectares is an eerie yet fascinating landscape. Walvis Bay Lagoon is regarded as the most important wetland for coastal birds in Southern Africa, with about 200,000 birds stopping here on their migration to and from the Arctic. The Caprivi Strip in the far north-eastern corner of Namibia is a lush wetland area and follows the Linyanti and Zambezi rivers, with an environment very similar to the Okavango Delta.

At A&K all of our journeys are individually tailored to suit your needs and timescale. However, as a guide, a 16 day journey in Namibia will cost from £4,355 per person based on two adults sharing with flights from the UK and subject to availability.
