Days 1 to 2 -KuchingOn arrival at Kuching Airport you will transfer to the Hilton Kuching for a two night stay. This afternoon enjoy a city tour. Highlights include the gigantic Cat Statue, China town, Tua Pek Kong temple, the oldest in Sarawak and the granite obelisk built in memory of Rajah Charles Brooke. Day 3- Kuching – Batang Ai
Drive to the Lemanak River stopping along the way for lunch and to visit a farmer’s market in Serian town. Later a scenic boat ride takes you to Nanga Kesit longhouse where you will enjoy a traditional welcome including ceremonial dances. You will have the chance to participate in the blow pipe demonstration. Proceed down river to Batang Ai Resort for an overnight stay. Day 4 - Batang Ai Resort - Kuching
After breakfast, join a two hour guided nature walk organised by the resort. Return to Kuching in the afternoon to arrive at the Hilton for two night stay.Day 5 - Kuching – Bako National Park
This morning depart for a scenic drive which passes through a mangrove forest before arriving at the Bako Fishing Village. Board a motorised boat for a cruise along the coast facing the South China Sea to reach Bako National Park where you may see proboscis monkey. After lunch, explore the eastern part of the park by trekking through the forest which boasts monstrous rainforest trees after which you will retrace you steps to Kuching.Day 6 - Kuching – Onward journey
After breakfast, the morning is at leisure until your transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
