Day 1 – London/DelhiLeave London – Heathrow with British Airways on your flight to Delhi, arriving just after midnight.

Day 2 – Delhi/Jaipur

On arrival in Delhi, you will check-in at the Hotel Radisson. Later board your flight from Delhi to Jaipur, for your two night stay at the Rambagh Palace.

Day 3 – Jaipur

In the morning visit the Amber Fort. In the afternoon visit the Palace of the Winds and the observatory.

Day 4 - Jaipur/Nimaj

Drive through the Indian countryside to your tented, breeze cooled, accommodation at Chhatra Sagar (230kms/5 hours). Take the opportunity to explore local villages.

Day 5 – Nimaj/Osian

Drive to Osian (160kms/4 hours), in the Thar Desert, famous for its temples. Why not take a camel safari? Overnight is at Camel Camp, set on a desert dune.

Day 6 – Osian/Jaisalmer

Drive to Jaisalmer (250kms/6 hours), and check-in to the Fort Rajwada Hotel before heading out into the desert to watch the sun set on the timeless dunes.

Day 7 – Jaisalmer

A morning tour introduces the glorious temples and palaces of this wonderful desert city, with the afternoon free to explore at leisure.

Day 8 – Jaisalmer/Jodhpur

Drive through rural India to Jodhpur (300kms/7 hours), your base for two nights and arrive at the Taj Hari Mahal Hotel

Day 9 – Jodhpur

A morning tour visits this historic city’s greatest monuments, with the afternoon free to explore.

Day 10 – Jodhpur/Ranakpur

Drive to Ranakpur (180kms/4 hours), and check in to Fateh Bagh. There is a small interesting museum and temples to explore in Ranakpur.

Day 11 – Ranakpur/Devi Garh

Drive to Devi Garh (110kms/3 hours), a spectacular fortress hotel, 40 minutes from Udaipur, where your home for the next three nights is in the fortress itself.

Days 12/13 – Devi Garh

A morning tour of Udaipur introduces the spectacular Lake Pichola and its many waterfront palaces, with the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 14 – Devi Garh/Mumbai/London

Fly from Udaipur to Mumbai, where a day room has been arranged for use before your transfer to the international airport for your overnight flight back to London – Heathrow.
