A particular feature is the Master bedroom with its private terrace, from where views extend over the gardens and swimming pool to the rolling Istrian countryside beyond. Outdoors, enclosed flower-filled gardens provide both sun and shady spots, as well as 12m x 6m swimming pool (with pool house), and covered outdoor dining area with barbeque facilities. This area is a delight, with the protected beautiful coastline, the narrow medieval streets of Rovinji to explore and the Roman Basilica and 17th century ruins at Dvigrad to discover.
